Trees
River Oaks Landscaping is removing several dead ash trees along BHGP. Replacement trees will be planted this fall with more to follow in 2024.

BELLE MEADE NEIGHBORHOOD UPDATES

Annual Garage Sale
Thanks to everyone who participated (buying or selling!) in the garage sale this past weekend. Hopefully our families moved some items and made some money! The annual sale will soon be added to the website as the first June weekend so all residents and website visitors will know.

Gazebo
The gazebo build is still on track to be completed by the end of July. Painting and electrical work to follow construction.

Pool Heater
The pool heater needs replaced. Unfortunately, it’s not something we can know in advance so there may be some further cool water days until that project can be completed. Hopefully Mother Nature works to our benefit. Cost is approx. $8K.

Pond Fountain
The pond fountain was scheduled to be replaced but now will just be repaired to keep the budget inline due to the pool heater issue. Cost is approx. $3.5K.

Pool Guests
The pool season is off to a great start. The Board asks that residents keep their neighbors in mind when having guests at the pool. There have been some sizable gatherings over the last few weeks so we need to mention it here.

HOA ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES

The meeting took place on March 27, 2022. The Board realized, too late, the mistake between the emailed/posted date and the actual date of the meeting. Due to the discrepancy, the neighborhood attendance was lower than expected but on par with past meetings. Thank you to the residents who were able to make it despite the confusion.

SIGN USAGE IN COMMON AREAS

Effective Thursday, September 29th, no “yard” signs will be allowed at either neighborhood entrance or on HOA common property. Examples include realtor, election, campaign, school, charity events, etc. If a resident feels a short-term sign is needed for an applicable event related to an activity within Belle Meade, please email the board at .
